Baron Incubator has opened a facility nearby. It is the civic center and space for seniors, located between the streets of Quito, Caracas and Tucuman. The building has 1652 square meters and has cost 2.6 million euros. It is the first facility of Catalonia awarded LEED certification, recognizing that it makes efficient use of energy.

The new Civic Center Baron Nursery has a cover that collects and filters the rainwater, solar photovoltaic lighting and natural light. The building, ground floor there is a hall, workshop rooms, meeting rooms, exhibition spaces, space for physical exercise, kitchen and computer room.

The surroundings of the new equipment has also been redeveloped and it has built a 6033 square meters square which has children's play areas, parkland circuit of sports for young and old and eight bocce courts. The cost of this project was nearly 1.7 million. The new civic center is managed by the company Flea Theatre, until June, there are fifty scheduled activities.
