Cornerstone, ["cornerstone" in English] is a set of buildings where the whole is much more than the sum of the parts. It is the only new project in the center of Barcelona that has its own private square. This square of 2,100 m2 allows us to create a common space in the air book for all Cornerstone users. A place to meet, think, work, create or simply take a break.
Passing through a representative entrance, access to the square and from there, to the three buildings that make up the project. Each building can be configured as its independent. Alternatively, the maximum flexibility with modules from 165 m2 to clear plants is offered
Of 1,900 m2.
We understand that today's companies do not have to think solely in m2. For this reason, Cornerstone has been designed based on 4 principles that reflect its values ​​and interests of 21st century companies: productivity, economy, efficiency and sustainability.

The result is a building that contributes positively to its environment, fosters the use of sustainable transport, reduces waste and provides a cleaner and cooler environment for the user of the spaces.
We want to make sure that this effort is measurable and that is why we have evaluated the LEED certification process that has given us the GOLD level.
