The UPC AIChE Student Chapter is a student association (majority but not exclusive) of Chemical Engineering at the School of Engineering of East Barcelona of the UPC. Our projects include the creation of a pilot plant for the manufacture of soap from used oil, the construction of a car powered by alternative chemical reactions to combustion and the creation of a pilot beer plant craft In addition we carry out numerous activities for the dissemination of STEM in general and chemistry and chemical engineering in particular. In particular we have participated in several editions of the science week, the YoMo, the day of the woman and the girl in science, etc.
