The inter-ATM is a consortium formed by the Generalitat of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council and the Metropolitan Area of ​​Barcelona, ​​in order to articulate the cooperation between public administrations and services of the public transport infrastructure which functions are: planning of infrastructure and services in the metropolitan area of ​​Barcelona, ​​as well as relations with the various operators in the transport, work to coordinate funding and improve the transport system by administration, order rates, plan for the future regulatory framework, as well as other functions related to mobility in this area (promotion of sustainable mobility, mobility issues reports on plans and programs, develops and distributes mobility plans, etc.).
