Casal Entities Mas Guinardó is a municipal facility which promotes local social and neighborhood associations supporting entities and residents of the neighborhood and Horta-Guinardó. Stimulating and promoting social and cultural development are the tools that allow the diffusion of social values and sustainability among organizations and citizens.
But this has given its name to the neighborhood. It is a place with lots història.Durant the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries served as a watchtower to direct the siege of Barcelona. 1652 surrender of the city was in this mas.El 1894 Salvador Riera Mas Guinardó bought in 1896 and do the same with Viladomat but, at the end of the Ramblas Volart today disappeared. 1897 approved the development of the whole territori.El 1906 was transformed into the headquarters of the Association of Owners and Residents Guinardó, which has so far played a social function.
