The Federació de Associacions de Farmàcies de Catalunya (FEFAC), founded in 1990, is the business organization that represents the pharmacists who own a pharmacy office in Catalonia. It is exclusively made up of pharmacy office holders.
The FEFAC brings together the four Catalan business associations: Asociación de Farmacias de Barcelona, ​​AFB; Asociación Gironina Farmacéutica Empresarial, AGFE; Asociación de Farmacéuticos Empresarios de Lleida, AFELL; and the Association of Pharmacists with the Pharmacy Office of Tarragona, AFET. The associates represent nearly 60% of pharmacies throughout Catalonia.
FEFAC is a non-profit organization and voluntary registration whose main objectives are the defense and development of pharmacy offices from the business, professional point of view, in collaboration with health administrations and service to the population With this objective, we collaborate with the different agents of the sector (collegial entities, pharmaceutical industry, business organizations, associations of patients, scientific societies, etc.)
We work to bring to the institutions and public opinion the health, economic and social responsibility contribution that our sector carries out to the population and the healthcare system, as well as our needs and demands.
