3IN SOCIAL is made up of professionals with a long international experience. This non-profit cooperative was born with the mission of providing innovative and efficient solutions to improve people's lives and promote equal opportunities. Through interculturality, inclusion and intergenerational work, we generate social, environmental and economic capital together with the communities we work with. We are a women's cooperative and our intervention is open, participatory, democratic and responsible. Our objective as an entity is to put the knowledge and experience of our team of people at the service of economic, social and environmental transformation to improve people's lives and promote equal opportunities. We work with the focus on the following axes: Labor insertion: developing international mobility projects to promote access to work and personal growth through interculturality in vulnerable groups. Economic Empowerment: through working with cooperatives and the social economy. This includes internship exchange programs and joint work, support for entrepreneurship and access to European Union resources. Training and Training: Offering specific training and training programs that allow social economy actors to acquire skills and tools that improve their impact. Empowering people: Respecting the starting point of each person who comes to our services, we jointly develop their work plan and discover possible training paths, so that they are protagonists of the decisions that affect them, and where they will open spaces for participation and co-responsibility that allow the empowerment of people in relation to their community. This includes spaces and sessions for co-creation, development and working together. Promotion of gender equality: Working actively to eliminate gender discrimination and promote equal opportunities, for us it is a fundamental goal. That is why we promote the work to facilitate development opportunities for women through the creation of this women's cooperative and projects to meet different needs. Support Network: Establishing a support and mentoring network that allows different actors to connect and enhance the social and environmental impact. This network provides guidance, exchange, knowledge and support to advance the work and instead of duplicating efforts, increase the impact.
