The Poble-Sec Things Library is a space for borrowing objects and organizing workshops and activities.

Environmental, social and economic benefits!
With this loan service, the objects reach the end of their useful life, avoiding the generation of unnecessary waste, so we reduce our consumption and our expenses!
In return, by sharing objects with each other we also take the opportunity to meet other people in the neighborhood, create new social bonds and empower ourselves as a community with new alternatives free from the fever of consumerism and more sustainable.
We learn from each other and have more enriching experiences with objects, since we do not value them for their ownership but for the use we make of them. By sharing objects, we also share stories.
We want to invite all people who share this vision and are interested, to be part of this project and grow the new Bibliocoses del Poble-sec!

Promoters and collaborators of the project
The initiative has been promoted by the organizations Cooperasec , Nusos , Rezero and a group of voluntary neighbors from the Poble-sec neighborhood.
