Bombers Solidaris is a section of the Barcelona Firefighters Cultural and Sports Association (ACE). The ACE is a non-profit association whose objectives among its members are to promote all kinds of cultural activities, encourage the practice of sport as well as promote and support social actions and humanitarian aid.
In 2024, Bombers Solidaris launched the Hoses for the Climate project, with the aim of recycling punctured and disused hoses from parks to make key chains and other textile products such as belts or purses.

The profits obtained from the sale of products are used to finance the "Ramats de foc", a project of the Pau Costa Foundation that encourages the presence of herds in strategic areas designated by the Fire Department to control the undergrowth and thus reduce the risk of forest fires and their intensity.

The products are on sale at Espai Bombers, located at C/Lleida 30 in Barcelona during museum opening hours and also at all fire stations in the city of Barcelona.
