Association with the aims of promoting the establishment of one or more housing cooperatives in cession nonprofit, mainly in the district of Sarria (Barcelona), has intended to give housing to its members through the transfer of the use and possession, organizing their use of the common elements, administration, conservation and improvement.

Promote housing through cooperative model under assignment of use and urban farmhouse in the neighborhood of Sarria in Barcelona (or nearby), through the support of various groups of residents who want to group, and aim to end access to such housing models.

Promote social transformation of Sarrià through awareness actions in favor of the right to housing, as well as through the promotion of access to housing for non speculative and committed community life.
