Castellers de Barcelona were founded in Barcelona in 1969 by a group of fans coming from the lands of Catalonia where this tradition was more rooted, and with their effort and enthusiasm they managed to turn a new gang into what it is now is: a reference in traditional Catalan popular culture. With their red shirt they are always ready to carry out their constructions with a mixture of strength, balance, courage and sanity.
