La Fàbric@ is an associated work cooperative that since 2013 has been supporting community processes from the management of municipal programs and services in various neighborhoods and districts of the city of Barcelona. The team of people who are part of it is characterized by being multidisciplinary as well as diverse in age, sex and cultural origins. We have a long and extensive professional career in dynamism and community mediation both at the service of institutions and the neighborhood and associative fabric of the neighborhoods. We act in areas as diverse as the transformation of the territory (rehousing in peripheral neighborhoods), food sovereignty (self-sustainable popular food), community development (PDC Poblenou) and accompanying communities in the ecosocial transition in the neighborhoods (Bon Pastor and Besós -Maresme). We also facilitate participatory processes and conduct studies from the aspects of gender and interculturality with the activation of innovative methodologies. We are networked glocally both in citizen-associative platforms in Sant Martí (Taula Eix Pere IV) and globally in the Catalan Table for Peace and Human Rights. in Colombia with cooperation projects for the culture of peace; sectorally we are part of the Cooperative University of Barcelonès Nord and the XES (Social and Solidarity Economy Network) we are there from the territories (Communalitats Sant Andreu) and the Ecology Sectorial; we also belong to the Federation of Cooperatives of Catalonia. And feeding the ecosocial side we are former members of Barcelona + Sostenible.
