They do political advocacy, research and dissemination, train social agents and professionals in the territory, get involved with measures that companies want to implement, coordinate international projects and are with the social movements that demand the achievement of basic rights.

They have expertise in the energy sector and knowledge of the social and environmental third sector. They stand between the technicians and society to bring the citizens' demands to the professionals and disseminate specialized content to the population to empower them.
