Hortec is a cooperative of farmers: we grow and distribute eco products.
The project was born in 1991 and we were pioneers: the first agricultural cooperative that brought together Catalan farmers who worked the land in an ecological way.
It has been 30 years of intense learning and we have grown sustainably: today we distribute more than 2000 tons of product in Catalonia and the rest of the state.
The Hortec Cooperative is made up of 27 active members with their families and workers
Our producers are small and medium-sized farmers, dedicated exclusively to organic farming, with little mechanized production systems, but specialized and oriented to sustainability. The total cultivated area is 100 hectares.
We are an atypical cooperative, as the members' lands are spread over 15 Catalan counties. Thanks to the diversity of terrains and climates we can offer you a very wide range of products and varieties.
Our partners love the land, the ecology and the product. They work with great demand to ensure the best quality.
