The Sol i Vida Association offers young people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to take part in various educational activities that promote their physical, psychological and social development. Participation can be in one-off activities or in a continuum that will allow them to develop more comprehensively. One of the activities scheduled is the garden care workshop. The aim of the workshop is to encourage contact with nature and gradually achieve the challenges and rewards it gives us. As it is not a fully adapted space, the user leaves his comfort environment and strives to overcome himself little by little and day by day. + -Through contact with nature people get to understand the cycle of life aging and death. And with the constant and guided work of the field, small daily challenges are transformed into great long-term successes. In addition, the daily effort is transformed weekly into a reward, thanks to the recognition of orchard landlords, colleagues, and all collaborators.
