  • Park or public garden

Manuel Torrente square, also called Alzina square. At night it can be closed as it has a trellis.
Manuel Torrente Flores was the owner of the land and one of those in charge of urbanizing the entire area of influence of Plaça de Rovira i Trias. The name of Carrer Torrent de les Flors derives from his surname, but the daily use of the neighborhood made it Catalan and detached from its origin. In compensation, the City Council named this square after Manuel Torrente on April 18, 1994.
Before that there had been the Imperio stamping factory. Since its abandonment in 1972 it was degraded until 1991 when the City Council bought the lot. The building was later demolished and in 1993 an underground car park was built and a temporary park was built on it in anticipation of some construction, hence the concrete columns still standing. There is a children's play area.
