It is a cooperative founded in 2003 specializing in science education and education for sustainability. The main objective is to facilitate access Knots scientific knowledge to the public with the aim of encouraging the creation of a genuine critical thinking, knowledge-based and open to the social and cultural reality that surrounds us.

They work on projects in various fields of science education, whether cultural institutions and / or research, conservation organizations, schools, etc. Provide educational and scientific expertise to design education and outreach projects in different formats: workshops, participatory activities, tours, exhibitions, conferences, educational counseling, documentation tasks, etc.

Knots is a member of the cooperative part of the ECOS and XES (Solidarity Economy Network). Is also a federated Federation of Cooperatives Working Catalonia and is a member of Coop57, Financial Services and ethical values ​​of solidarity and see which subscribes.
