
RESSTAU wants to promote "responsible eating". That is, set up a restaurant with sustainable menus and
solidarity at the same time, in a fairly unknown neighborhood of Barcelona.
Its mission of sustainability is to increase:
- The supply of sustainable food (from local, seasonal, healthy, and organic producers).
- Ecological awareness supporting the positioning of Barcelona as the world capital of food
sustainable in 2021.
- The circular economy with the reuse of all waste.
Its mission of solidarity is the reintegration of populations in a situation of vulnerability (aggravated by context
covid19) with:
- Access to basic needs of the most vulnerable such as food, food, accommodation, social relations
enriching, emotional support ...
- Complement the collapsed public social services.
- Promote the socio-labor insertion of the participants with trainings, practices through volunteering and
job market.
