THE FORTYSIX is a new concept of accommodation that combines the privacy of a boutique apartment with exclusive concierge services. It is located in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia with spectacular views of Casa Batlló, in a historic building designed by the Catalan architect Bonaventura Conill i Montobbio, a friend and disciple of Antoni Gaudí. With 224 m2 and a capacity for 9 people, THE FORTYSIX was renovated in 2015 with the personal touch of international interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, thinking of those demanding travelers looking for a private space that is at the same time sophisticated, innovative and sustainable, authentic and cared for down to the last detail. It has personalized concierge services and tailor-made private tours to offer unique and exceptional experiences, linked to the art and culture of Barcelona and Catalonia.
