The aim of the entity is to propose effective and democratic solutions for the incorporation of sustainability in construction and the environment.

However the objectives in the project area are
(1) assess the overall emissions of the building and propose measures to reduce both the carbon footprint embedded in the materials and general waste and that of the operational carbon associated with the use of the building, taking into account the economic cost and the social impact of the proposals.
(2) propose passive construction strategies that reduce project energy demand as well as provide alternatives to improve energy efficiency.
(3) continue to research the most relevant indicators that propose to achieve environmental, social and economic sustainability.
