The Jardí de les Aigües is an open space with grass, benches and stone chairs located between the Dipòsit de les Aigües and the Ramon Turró building on the Ciutadella campus. Members of the UPF Student Council (CEUPF) created an urban garden in this space on March 7, 2016. The initiative was born from the different assemblies of the UPF faculties, and one of its main objectives is to promote local and ecological consumption models. The construction of this orchard is the beginning of a much larger project around the preservation of the environment. For this reason, the Student Council wants to create a Sustainability Commission that channels all issues related to this area.
