This point of interest is part of the Discover the Green Corridor itinerary, which links art and nature. It is part of the Desperta Barcelona project. We invite you to enjoy it and get to know Passeig de Sant Joan and its surroundings through the 6 points and the 6 video capsules. We accompany you to discover this space, and inspire you to create a work of art.

4. Places

We enter the Gardens of Caterina Albert. It invites us to observe and imagine.

At first glance we see a large graffiti and a few trees. But if we look more carefully, we will find plants growing out of the cement, under the walls and between the cracks.

Nature insists on coming out anywhere. We remove a tile and underneath there is always a source of life, the earth.

We often forget that we live in an artificial world. And that if we go back to the primitive month, we will see what nature is really like.




What grass can you see that no one has planted? Observe your surroundings.

Look in the rocks, in the holes where the trees are.

Nature insists on coming out because we are nature.

Most artists are people who survive, like nature. And many artists have not had recognition until they have disappeared.

We recognize and respect nature, and leave room for it to grow.
When we do this we can find hidden treasures , which we will find in point 5 of this itinerary.
